I'm Alexandria Zozos
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and the founder of the @MediterraneanNutritionist - a virtual platform and membership program geared towards helping clients with insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, heart conditions as well as general wellness and weight loss.
I come from a large Greek family and have lived the Mediterranean way since a young age. I found a love for cooking while watching my Yiayia cook with traditional Mediterranean ingredients growing up. I was always interested in the health field but knew nutrition was the career for me when my mom was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and I saw the food as medicine movement first-hand.
